This was my first time cruising in a long time and my first time with just me and my daughter with some friends. Patricia's communication with us in planning this cruise was very thorough. My wife Sylvia and I just returned from a 9 night Royal Caribbean cruise out of Miami. Our cruise agent Patty Lyons again handled booking our cruise and provides us with the necessary paperwork and gives us lots of information and tips concerning the ship, islands & transportation. While in Florida, we needed some extra transportation. Patty suggested The Tri-Rail. We used it twice. It worked out great. Convenient & very affordable. Patty is always available

This was my first time using a Cruise & Vacation Specialist. My experience with Patricia Lyons has been tremendously helpful in all aspects. She is prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We loved our experience on the Holland America Cruise. Patty our travel agent walked us through the process from organizing excursions to pre cruise travel. She understands customer service.
The excursions were the best part of the cruise, but the drink package, service, and room accommodations were all excellent too. My husband loved the food taste and quality. There were so many choices.

Thank you so much for all of your hard work on my behalf. Katie and I enjoyed our time together. Other than the difficulty finding each other in Zurich there were no real snafus. The hotel in Basel was quite nice. (Employees, walking distance to anything we needed, and upgraded room that was on the Rhine. I enjoyed sitting at the window watching everything pass by.) I enjoyed the cruise. A little more walking than I would have preferred, but I expected that. Schifferstadt was good. Because it was a Sunday there weren't as many things open as I had hoped. We walked and spent time in their delightful cafes. I likes having transport prearranged. I was VERY grateful for the airport help, particularly on the way home. German language, gigantic terminals, security, customs...
I would not have made either flight on my own. I don't anticipate traveling again for quite a while, but I wouldn't hesitate to call you or recommend you to others in the future. Thank you.
